Who is Lo? 

How'd we get here? 

For the first 20ish years of my life, I had zero desire or knowledge about being healthy or fit. It wasn't until I was cheering on my sister at her third half-marathon that I actively decided I could do it too. I started on the couch-to-5k app. I met my now-husband, who asked if I wanted to train for a triathlon. Then I started going to the gym with him. Then I started actually learning how to lift. Then I started feeling better mentally and physically. Then I learned more. Then I did Whole30.  Then I did a 5k, 10k, three half marathons, two triathlons, and lifted 4 days a week in the gym. Then I started to prioritize making the choices every day that would make me feel good and strong. Then I became a personal trainer. That journey started 7 years ago - I lost 40lbs and I gained a new reality of what it is to feel strong and healthy when I wake up every day. But it didn't happen overnight, it happened by getting 1% better every day. 

Through all of that time, I also pursued my passion of coaching and developing others in a professional setting. I work at a research and advisory company and dove head-first into leading others. And here we are today - marrying my two passions of coaching and health and wellness to help YOU take positive steps in your life. 

Some fun facts you should know about me. I live in Rhode Island with my husband, Kevin. I love coffee, tea, fresh flowers, and reading. I have a tattoo that means 'challenge and transform'. It brings me great joy when good things happen to good people - so let's make some good things happen for you!
